Two people reviewing a sequence of printed project cards on a working wall

PROCESS

Every job travels the same twelve stages.

Every project carries an owner, a deadline, an approval status, and a documented deliverable at each stage. Departments hand work to each other in writing, because a handoff that is not written does not exist.

APPROVALS

Four statuses. No shortcuts.

  1. Status 1

    Draft

Work in progress. It is not shared outside the production team.

  2. Status 2

    Internal Review

    Creative direction
    Compliance review

Two separate checks. Creative direction checks craft and strategy. A compliance review checks claims, rights, and licensing.

  3. Status 3

    Client Review

The work is presented to you. Feedback comes back consolidated, and revision limits apply.

  4. Status 4

    Final Approved

Written sign off is recorded, files are locked and archived, and the work is cleared for deployment. Sign off comes from iBrands Digital leadership, or from you in writing for your work.

No advertisement moves directly from Draft to Final Approved.

QUALITY

The person who makes an advertisement is never its only reviewer.

Every piece of work faces a creative review first, in writing. Is it distinctive? Could a competitor publish it unchanged? If it fails, it is rebuilt. Only then does a quality check look at the craft: logo and colors, product accuracy, claims, licensing, disclosures, and every platform size. Following brand rules is the floor. It is never the standard. And nothing publishes, sends, launches, or spends without explicit approval at its gate.

HUMAN LED

Systems handle the repeatable work. People make the decisions.

Systems

  • filing
  • notifications
  • approval requests
  • first drafts
  • report assembly

People

  • strategy
  • concept selection
  • claims review
  • final creative approval
  • sensitive client communication
  • anything touching regulated data

We automate filing, notifications, approval requests, first drafts, and report assembly. Strategy, concept selection, claims review, final creative approval, sensitive client communication, and anything touching regulated data stay with people. Every automated chain has checkpoints where a named person approves before the next stage runs.
